Last Wednesday, May 4, Sully Buttes graduates were feted at the senior boys breakfast and senior girls tea at the Onida United Methodist Church.

The senior boys along with their fathers and grandfathers gathered Wednesday morning for breakfast. DT Meyer was the featured speaker and he shared insight for the graduates as they begin the next phase of their lives.

The Sully Buttes senior girls were honored Wednesday afternoon at the 71st annual Senior Tea hosted by the United Methodist Women. Retiring ABO School teacher Wanda Meyer was the featured speaker who gave the girls a final art lesson.

The room was decorated with silk tulips in a choose joy theme. Table decorations for the boys were black and white buffalo plaid; flowers for the girls.

For each of the groups, Pastor Jeff Adel said a prayer. Providing entertainment was accompanist Marla Mosiman and vocalists Amy Petersen Kolb and Jolene Schall who sang ‘Friends’ by Michael W. Smith.

Gifts were presented to each of the graduates.
