From 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 21, join in the camaraderie found in the waning days of summer at the East Sully Shindig, sixteen miles east of Onida on 185th Street at the Thomas Ranch.
Starting at 3:00 p.m., take part in the FAST triathlon being developed, bring your gun and ammunition and try your luck with Joe and Barb Warner families’ shooting apparatus, bring your own fishing gear and fish in the pond, take a cruise on a paddle boat, or just enjoy the myriad of yard games that will be available.
A meal of barbeques and hotdogs, baked beans, salad, water and root beer floats will be served starting at 5:00 p.m.
The action will wind down by 7:00 p.m. getting everyone home early on a school night.
Cost for the shindig is $25 and everyone is asked to register early so the meal can be planned. Contact fundraising committee members Beth Rinehart (605-222-2966), Susan Lamb (605-765-4516), Kelli Stephens (218-969-0920) or Nola LaRosh (605-222-1383) to register.
“Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required,” said Nola
