The sign on the front of the Phoenix Center was cracking with age, having been in place for over 23 years. A new one was made by FoxPrint in Tea, SD, owned by Sully Buttes graduate Troy Fox. The 19-foot polymetal sign came in two pieces. It was attached to the building last Wednesday morning by Onida city crew members Tim Gruis and Tim Jost. See more photos on page 16.
