A kickball tournament was organized and held during the 97th Sully County Fair last weekend. Standard kickball rules were followed during the tournament with one notable additional requirement – all players were required to hold a cup in one of their hands.
“It was hard to catch the ball with a cup in my hand,” said one of the competitors, explaining that she let a ball that was sailing into her arm bounce off her body several times. “Maybe if I backed up a few steps it’d be easier.”
The tournament was a new fair activity that was enjoyed by all who participated.
